Creator Partnership Assistant
Our Client is looking for an organized, enthusiastic, and proactive Creator Partnership Associate to support our growing network of UGC creators. This is an entry-level position, ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s excited to break into the world of content creation, social media, and performance marketing.
You’ll work closely with our Creator Manager to keep projects running smoothly—from managing communication with creators to reviewing content submissions. You don’t need years of experience—just strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn fast.

They are a creative agency built for performance. They specialize in producing creator-style ads that convert—working with some of the most exciting brands across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and YouTube. They combine data, testing, and creativity to build ads that don’t just look good—they work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with UGC creators—making sure they understand the creative brief, stay on schedule, and deliver content on time.
- Keep project timelines updated and follow up consistently so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Review creator submissions to ensure they follow the brief, meet quality standards, and are formatted correctly.
- Escalate any issues or delays to the Creator Manager and help problem-solve when things go off track.
- Stay up to date on TikTok, Reels, and social media trends—we want someone who’s naturally curious and plugged in.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication—you’re comfortable talking to creators and representing the team professionally.
- Organized and dependable—you take deadlines seriously and can juggle multiple moving pieces.
- Good at project management—you have the ability to plan and organize tasks, set priorities, keep track of progress and make projects move on schedule. You're familiar with project management software
- Detail-oriented—you can spot when a video is too long, missing key messaging, or not quite on brief.
- A team player who’s open to feedback and eager to grow.
- Self-starter—you take initiative, ask questions, and aren’t afraid to speak up if something seems off.
- Passion for social media and the creator economy—even if your experience is mostly personal use or college projects.
