Our Client is a leading AI-powered creative advertising technology company. Their Global Creative Services team empowers brands and advertisers to reach new levels of success through what they call Intelligent Creative: a harmony of creative, media and intelligence. They do this in unprecedented ways that build, scale, measure and optimize campaigns that would be impossible without truly innovative technology.
The Global Creative Services team is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to sit at the intersection of creative, product, and tech – developing and executing concepts, campaigns and strategies for their largest customers. The ideal candidate is able to build for social and digital with a performance-first mindset. Driving awareness and adoption of their Client's platform through world-class creative output is key; all while embracing a deep understanding of creative technology and an ability to successfully partner with internal and external creative stakeholders. They are an expert in cross-functional collaboration and will work closely with teams spanning creative, strategy, product, marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in the conceptual development, design/creation of campaign-ready assets for brands.
- Prototypes and concepts to both sell and bring to life creative campaigns x-channel and full funnel.
- Work with Creative and Production leadership to both build and route creative assets through our client's platform for campaigns across channels, including META, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok & Google.
- Be a channel expert; guiding, consulting and collaborating with clients – and their agencies + creative leadership – to design successful strategies that scale through our clients' technology.
- Learn and become our client's technology super-user; marrying Adobe Creative Suite and our client's platform tech to build digital advertising campaign assets across a global book of clients.
- Ability to master our client's platform’s creative features (Template Editor, Producer, AI Playground and more) and use them in daily creative work
- Provide product feedback on the usability of the creative functionalities in our client's platform
- Foster a culture of innovation, joy and experimentation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience at an ad agency, digital agency, or an in-house team of an online advertiser (e-commerce, mobile apps, or gaming a huge plus)
- Experience in creating tactical, direct response ads, as well as conceptual thinking and stunning branding
- Knowledge of social media advertising, particularly Meta Instagram, Snap & Pinterest including all ad formats and placements
- Knowledge of video production, motion design and editing (not a must but nice to have)
- Experience in communicating and advising advertisers
- Cross-functional mindset and experience in working with product managers and developers
- Strong vision for branding and excellent eye for high-quality ads
- A deep understanding of social channels and how to develop campaigns that align with their audience distribution methods
