Creative Technologist (Art Director)

Our client’s Global Creative Services team is looking for an experienced Creative Technologist (Art Direction) to develop concepts, campaigns, and strategies for our largest global customers. The ideal candidate is able to build for social and digital – from concept to execution – alongside their Customer Success (Sales) teams.
Driving awareness and adoption of our client's platform through world-class creative output is key; all while embracing a deep understanding of creative technology and an ability to successfully partner with internal and external creative stakeholders. They are an expert in cross-functional collaboration and will work closely with teams spanning creative, strategy, product, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the conceptual development, pitch and design/creation of campaign-ready assets for brands.
- Work with Creative and Production leadership to both build and route creative assets through the client's platform for campaigns across channels; including META, Snap, Pinterest, TikTok & Google.
- Be a channel expert; guiding, consulting, and collaborating with clients – and their agencies + creative leadership – to design successful strategies that scale through our client's technology.
- Provide clear direction and creative recommendations for clients to activate winning digital campaigns.
- Learn and become a client’s platform technology super-user; marrying Adobe Creative Suite and their platform to build digital advertising campaign assets across a global book of clients.
- Master the client platform’s creative features (Template Editor, Producer, AI Playground, and more) and use them in daily creative work
- Provide product feedback on the usability of the creative functionalities in the client's platform.
- Be a creative champion with a deep understanding of media and distribution, using it to inform your concepts and creative output.
- Foster a culture of innovation, joy, and experimentation.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience as an art director or designer leading digital and/or channel efforts.
- Experience working in 2D/3D design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Understanding of technical challenges for creating scaled creative campaign concepts and the associated assets.
- Effective understanding of SaaS products with an ability to marry scaled toolings with high-concept campaign recommendations.
- Proficient in cloud-based presentation & collaboration tools (Google Workspaces, Highspot, etc)
- Experience coordinating and guiding the work of other artists and designers.
- Presentation and communication skills.
- A link to an online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- A deep understanding of social channels and how to develop campaigns that align with their audience distribution methods.
- Strong creative and conceptual acumen.
