Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator who combines deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset to ensure our Salesforce instance is fully optimized, scalable, and aligned with business goals. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day administration while also shaping the long-term architecture strategy for Salesforce across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, overseeing configuration,
    customization, security, and user management.
  • Develop and maintain an optimized Salesforce architecture strategy to support scalability, data integrity, and seamless integrations with other systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to translate requirements into
    effective, user-friendly solutions.
  • Implement best practices for system governance, change management, and
    performance optimization.
  • Design and manage workflows, validation rules, automations, and custom objects to streamline business processes.
  • Lead projects to expand and enhance Salesforce functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior admins and power users.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends to proactively introduce new capabilities.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including experience as a SeniorAdmin or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (flows, permissions, profiles, roles, page layouts, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration best practices.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; Architect certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the following integrations:
    • Gong, Zendesk, Apolo, LI Navigator, Clearbit, Stripe, Servicenow, Airtable, Intercom, G Suite, Zapier, Chilli piper, DocuSign, Malbek
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business
    • perspectives.
