Creative Strategist
Job Description
As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing user-generated content (UGC) ad strategies for our client's clientele on META, YouTube & TikTok. You will work closely with our clients' marketing teams to conceptualize, create, and optimize high-impact UGC campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable results. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and understanding of social media trends/performance will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, you will work closely with our client's team of Creator Managers, Video Editors and Project Managers to ensure your work is delivered in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging.
- Develop innovative UGC and creative ad strategies tailored to META, YouTube & TikTok, leveraging the unique strengths of each platform.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Partner with Creator Manager & Customer to identify top-tier talent from Batch’s network of creators.
- Guide and inspire content creators with detailed briefs that give clear direction regarding content needs.
- Guide and inspire video editors with a detailed post-production brief that helps video editors clearly execute your concept on behalf of our clients.
Trend Analysis and Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising and UGC.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams based on industry trends and performance data.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including the creator manager, video editors, and project manager, to create cohesive and effective ad campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and campaign results to clients, articulating the strategic rationale and value of UGC, Performance statistics, and Motion Design Ads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Direct communication style.
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist/Creative Director/Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing techniques and needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
