Senior Technical Product Manager
Job Description
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll work closely with the Product Director to bring our client's roadmap to life. You’ll turn strategic vision into actionable plans, coordinating across engineering, QA, marketing, and support to ensure that releases ship on time, with quality, and in alignment with our goals. This role blends technical understanding with exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Delivery
- Translate the Product Director’s vision and roadmap into clear, actionable project plans.
- Manage release planning, milestones, and schedules across multiple teams.
- Anticipate trade-offs and resource constraints, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Track progress, flag risks early, and keep launches moving toward successful delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, marketing, and support to align timelines and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to all stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing and support to ensure smooth product releases
Process & Tooling
- Implement and refine tools and workflows that support efficient project and release management.
- Advocate for automation and process improvements that increase visibility and reduce friction.
- Maintain clarity and accountability through organized documentation and communication
Customer & User Advocacy
- Proactively integrate user insights into product planning and prioritization.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from the community, analytics, and research.
- Champion the user perspective in trade-offs and roadmap decisions.
Leadership & Communication
- Foster trust, clarity, and alignment across teams through proactive communication.
- Support a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading significant product initiatives.
- Experience working in technical product domains (APIs, platforms, cloud services) and collaborating effectively with engineers.
- Strong judgment in prioritization and trade-offs, using data to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success operating in remote-first environments and leading distributed teams.
- Must have an active U.S. visa to be available for two week-long annual company off-sites (some U.S., some international).
- Background in APIs, cloud platforms, or technical ecosystems. (Nice to have)
- Passion for engaging with an active user community and translating feedback into impactful features. (Nice to have)
