As an AI Consultant / AI Adoption Lead, you will work directly with leadership teams across professional services firms, M&A organizations, nonprofits, and mid-sized institutions. You will help clients identify opportunities for AI adoption, design practical workflows, and guide them from exploration to measurable business impact.

This position focuses on applied AI and consulting rather than software engineering or technical integration. It is not a mobile or web development role, and it does not involve step-by-step task execution. Instead, it requires someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively with non-technical audiences, and facilitate meaningful client conversations.

The ideal person for this role has experience in consulting or solution architecture, has led or supported AI transformation initiatives, and thrives in hybrid business-and-technology environments. You will act as a direct extension of the founder in client engagements, representing the firm, guiding strategy discussions, and helping organizations move confidently from curiosity to adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate AI training sessions and workshops with client teams.
Participate in and help lead conversations with executive and leadership groups.
Ask thoughtful business and process questions to surface AI opportunities.
Define client needs and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
Lead or co-lead deep-dive sessions and discovery workshops.
Design and build custom GPTs or AI workflows using tools such as ChatGPT.
Document findings, recommendations, and adoption roadmaps for clients.
Focus on business impact, organizational change, and adoption, not just tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
Experience designing prompts, custom GPTs, or AI-driven workflows.
Experience facilitating workshops, training, or discovery sessions.
Excellent communication skills with non-technical audiences.
Ability to understand and map business processes and workflows.
Comfort working with ambiguity in dynamic client environments.
Strong documentation, synthesis, and structured thinking skills.

Nice to have:

Prior experience in consulting (management consulting, digital transformation, etc.).
Exposure to professional services, finance, operations, or marketing.
Knowledge of AI governance or responsible AI frameworks.
