Expansion Account Executive
Job Description
As EAE you will reponsible to drive growth and retention across enterprise accounts. You'll own expansion revenue, manage renewals, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders while partnering with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage enterprise accounts with responsibility for renewals, upsells, and expansion
Drive net revenue retention by identifying opportunities aligned with customer goals
Lead renewal negotiations and ensure timely, favorable outcomes
Build relationships with economic buyers and senior stakeholders
Partner with Customer Success on account health and expansion timing
Identify whitespace and prospect into adjacent teams to drive multi-threaded expansion
Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline accurately
Navigate enterprise procurement and legal processes
Represent customer voice internally to influence product strategy
Build and execute strategic account plans that identify expansion potential in each enterprise account
Requirements
3-5 years in Account Executive, Expansion AE, or Account Manager role focused on expansion/renewals
Proven track record of driving expansion revenue
Experience with enterprise negotiations and deal structures
Strong relationship skills with C-suite stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
Collaborative approach working cross-functionally
Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
