Our Client is a pipeline creation company that partners with high-growth B2B companies to build predictable outbound revenue systems. They do not just book meetings; they build disciplined execution engines for their clients.
We are looking for driven, coachable, high-activity Business Development Representatives who thrive in structured outbound environments and want to grow into senior sales roles over time.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified meetings through high-volume outbound outreach. You will manage prospects from first touch through attended meeting and operate with strong process discipline inside CRM and dialing systems.
This role requires consistency, professionalism, and the ability to adapt messaging across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls daily
Execute pre-built outbound cadences and sequences
Send follow-up emails and complete required admin tasks
Set and confirm qualified meetings for client account executives
Manage pipeline activity through attended meetings, including rebooking no-shows
Log all activities and outcomes accurately in CRM
Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
Import and manage lead lists in CRM and dialer (after training)
Provide daily and weekly activity reporting
Learn and execute our client's calling playbooks and best practices
Adapt messaging based on client industry and ICP
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to work US Eastern Time hours
Prior experience using a CRM
High process discipline and consistency with reporting
Coachable and open to feedback
Professional standards aligned with our client's leadership expectations
Prior SDR/BDR experience targeting US markets
Proven track record in booking meetings from outbound campaigns
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other major CRMs
Experience adapting across multiple clients or verticals
Strong industry research skills and understanding of ICPs and buyer pain points
