PPC Strategist
Job Description
Our Client is looking for a seasoned PPC Strategist to take ownership of paid media execution and strategy across multiple client accounts. This role is built for someone with deep, proven experience across major paid platforms who can hit the ground running — managing campaigns, communicating results clearly to clients, and continuously driving performance improvements.
You'll be a trusted voice both internally and with clients, translating data into clear narratives and actionable strategies. If you're a sharp communicator who loves the craft of paid media, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Reddit Ads
Conduct weekly search term reviews, targeting audits, and bid adjustments
Monitor campaign performance via internal dashboards and native platform reporting
Implement optimizations following reporting cycles and client calls
Lead account audits for new clients and drive setup improvements
Client Communication & Strategy
Clearly convey campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients
Translate complex data into compelling narratives that non-technical stakeholders can act on
Participate in client calls and contribute strategic input to improve results over time
Build trust with clients through consistent, proactive communication
Reporting & Analysis
Pull and consolidate performance data across platforms and dashboards
Prepare and present accurate, insightful client-facing reports
Maintain weekly status documents and ensure data consistency across accounts
Account Organization & Administration
Keep client folders organized with up-to-date reports, campaign plans, and creative assets
Support internal workflows related to campaign tracking and delivery
Requirements
Great hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
Required platform experience: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Reddit Ads
Strong command of PPC fundamentals — targeting, bidding strategies, match types, and optimization levers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly present ideas, results, and recommendations to clients
Proven ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes and drive meaningful improvements
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and precise in your work
Self-sufficient in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and communicative
Nice To Have
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms
Agency background or experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Familiarity with third-party reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Skai, SA360)
