Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our Client is a B2B marketing platform that pioneered the buyer experience no-code ABM category, the engine marketers use to build personalized landing experiences, content boards, and account based campaigns, tightly integrated with the 6sense and Demandbase ecosystem. They are a lean, fast moving team where marketers ship, automate, and see the impact of their work directly on pipeline.
About the role
Our Client is hiring a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital demand engine end to end: the website, paid media, SEO/AEO, and the demand generation programs that feed pipeline.
This is a full-stack, individual contributor role for a builder, someone who turns strategy into shipped campaigns quickly, runs a tight budget, and uses AI as a daily force multiplier. You will partner closely with the marketing leader (who owns overall strategy, demand gen direction, and RevOps) and a small bench of specialist contractors. If you like owning the whole funnel rather than a single channel, this is that job.
Responsibilities
Website & web experience
Own the corporate site in Webflow pages, blog, collections, templates, staging vs production publishing, redirects, on page SEO fields and schema.
Drive the website refresh: platform/product pages, FAQ, resource center, and embedded our Client's boards, partnering with a contract web developer (wireframes/build) and designer (product imagery).
Lift on site conversion and "stickiness" form capture, landing experiences, and personalized boards used as ad landing pages.
Paid media
Plan and manage paid programs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and 6sense display (currently ~$12–15K/month, TOFU through BOFU), with disciplined hygiene: audience network off, no audience expansion, 5+ creatives per campaign, fresh campaigns over edits, and conversion optimization tuned to real lead/opportunity signals.
Build and maintain dynamic, engagement based ICP audiences and workflows in 6sense; sync to LinkedIn, Google, and Outreach; favor account criteria and look alikes over static lists.
Manage budget allocation, UTMs, exclusions, and quarterly creative and landing page refreshes.
SEO, AEO & AI visibility
Own organic and AI/LLM visibility: the keyword prompt engine, on page schema, llm.txt / sitemap/robots, defending core category terms while expanding into the product's new direction.
Grow unbranded LLM mentions and manage the AEO stack (e.g., Noble reverse mentions, PromptWatch, SE Ranking, Google Search Console).
Produce SEO/AEO rich, genuinely human quality content (blogs, pillar pages) AI-assisted but differentiated enough that another AI couldn't have written it.
Demand generation
Run TOFU through BOFU programs, nurture (Marketo), email, and ABM personalization; build and refresh personalized boards for top accounts on our Client's platform.
Support the outbound / ADR motion (Outreach) with audiences, sequences, and triggers, and help automate lead routing and opportunity creation.
Marketing ops & reporting
Own marketing and pipeline reporting: pull and synthesize data across Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn, Google, GA4, Search Console, and our Client's report funnel stages, conversion, win rate, and marketing influence.
Improve source stamping and attribution (moving toward automated last-touch plus influence) and marketing automation (make.com, Lane Four / Salesforce Marketo integration).
Bring light RevOps instinct to a stack where Marketo and Salesforce don't yet sync one to one and help fix that.
How they work
• Use AI (Claude projects and skills, MCP, and similar) as a daily multiplier across content, reporting, ad copy, and web. This team runs lean and automates aggressively; resourcefulness beats headcount here.
What success looks like (first 6 months)
The website refresh is live and converting; paid runs on a simplified, dynamic set of workflows with quarterly refreshes; core SEO/AEO is defended and expanding into new terms; reporting is largely automated rather than manual; the previously manual lead routing and ops tasks are automated; and pipeline is trending back up.
Requirements
6 to 10 years in B2B digital marketing (SaaS/martech preferred), hands-on across web, paid, SEO, and demand gen, a true generalist operator, not a manager of managers.
Webflow (or comparable CMS) proficiency, including blog, SEO fields, and schema.
Paid media execution across LinkedIn and Google; ABM platform experience (6sense / Demandbase) a strong plus.
SEO fluency plus real curiosity and early fluency in AEO / GEO / LLM visibility.
Marketo (or comparable MAP) and Salesforce familiarity; comfort with marketing automation (make.com / Zapier) and self-serve reporting.
AI native: you already use LLMs daily to move faster, and you're comfortable prototyping and "vibe coding" your way to a working solution.
A scrappy ownership mentality you "give your Legos away," document as you go, and thrive with high autonomy and a modest budget.
Nice to Have
ABM strategy depth; RevOps / multi touch attribution experience; a content and design eye; and experience at a scaling, resource constrained startup.
Experience with: Webflow · LinkedIn Ads · Google Ads · 6sense · Marketo · Salesforce · Outreach · GA4 & Search Console · Noble · PromptWatch · SE Ranking · Qualified · Claude and AI tooling.
