Our Client is a B2B marketing platform that pioneered the buyer experience no-code ABM category, the engine marketers use to build personalized landing experiences, content boards, and account based campaigns, tightly integrated with the 6sense and Demandbase ecosystem. They are a lean, fast moving team where marketers ship, automate, and see the impact of their work directly on pipeline.
About the role
Our Client is hiring a Customer Success Specialist. You will provide hands-on support that helps customers get value from our client's platform every day. This role is separate from the Customer Success Manager role and works alongside CSMs to support a group of accounts through customer enablement, meeting coordination, tactical troubleshooting, question response, documentation, and day-to-day assistance.
You will be a practical, customer-facing resource for users who need guidance, answers, and help moving work forward. The role is focused on service, responsiveness, process follow-through, platform adoption support, and making it easier for customers and CSMs to stay organized and productive.
Key responsibilities
Provide day-to-day assistance to customers and internal CSMs across an assigned group of accounts.
Respond to customer questions, clarify platform workflows, and help users navigate the platform's features and best practices.
Support customer enablement through training preparation, live walkthroughs, how-to guidance, and follow-up resources.
Assist with meeting management, including agenda preparation, note taking, action item tracking, recap creation, and follow-up coordination.
Help customers activate campaigns, update boards, organize content, personalize experiences, and troubleshoot common setup questions.
Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to keep account workstreams organized, visible, and moving forward.
Monitor support requests, customer asks, and open action items to ensure timely responses, clear status, and defined next steps.
Document recurring questions, customer needs, process gaps, and enablement opportunities for the CS team.
Partner with Product, Support, and Marketing as needed to route customer feedback and resolve tactical issues.
Contribute to scalable CS resources, including FAQs, playbooks, templates, meeting notes, and customer-facing enablement materials.
Requirements
1-3 years in customer success, customer support, sales support, marketing operations, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
A service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and genuine comfort helping customers solve practical problems.
Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills across email, meetings, Slack, and customer-facing follow-ups.
Strong organizational habits, including meeting preparation, note taking, task tracking, and timely follow-up.
Comfort learning software platforms and explaining workflows to users with different levels of technical confidence.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize urgent needs, and keep internal stakeholders informed.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini.
Collaborative team player who works well with CSMs, Support, Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Detail-oriented, hands-on problem solver who can turn ambiguity into clear next steps.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting B2B marketing, ABM/ABX, demand generation, campaign operations, or web/content personalization workflows.
Experience using platforms like Folloze, 6sense, Demandbase, Marketo, Eloqua, Outreach, Salesforce, or customer support tools.
Experience creating customer-facing documentation, enablement guides, meeting recaps, or internal playbooks.
Comfort helping customers with light troubleshooting, content organization, campaign setup, and platform adoption tasks.
